Although our issue has not been resolved so far, John was very prompt & made sure to schedule someone else to come to figure out our problem.
Jake came over to our home to inspect and service our fire sprinkler system. The sprinkler installation was 5 years old and had not been inspected or serviced since originally installed. Jake was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained clearly the operation of our system to us, tested the system readiness, and performed a walk-through inspection of the sprinkler components. Vanport is the best furnace/heat pump service companies we've found in the Vancouver area. Our heat pump went out in the middle of the night. We called for service Sunday morning. Damian was here in a couple of hours and he did a great job!!
Damian is very courteous. He replaced an bad igniter. The repair was done effectively.
My husband and I have utilized Vanport for many years. Jon and the company have always provided excellent service. They installed my air conditioning 25 years ago; with their consistent servicing my unit continues to run without problems.
We trust Jon to be honest with us and we know that he knows what he's talking about. Plus he arrives on time, gets the job done, and takes care of the billing all in a timely manner! We appreciate all that and will continue to do business with Vanport.

I am very happy with Vanport. We first utilized their services 17 years ago when they were **** * *******and have used them for maintenance since then. Last week we had an issue with our gas furnace. Jon came the next day and determined the secondary exchanger needed to be replaced. Caty in their office advised that there was a recall from the factory and got the parts and a labor allowance from the manufacturer to change out. Today Jon and Damian installed the parts and we are happy to be warm and cozy again.
