The lady who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional! She answered "hello", I asked if the number was Vannedy cleaning services? She hung up on me! I called back and got the same rude "hello!" and she said "what do you want" I told her that I was trying to schedule a cleaning. She asked how I heard about them, I said "through Groupon". She said "We don't take Groupon anymore!" and hung up on me again!

Very unprofessional! Scheduled an appointment and was told on the day of the appointment after contacting them that they would not be coming.
