I am very disappointed with my windows. I had 7 windows replaced on 12/17. On 12/19 I noticed condensation on 3 of the windows. Condensation and cold drafts were the reasons I had my old Pella windows replaced with Sunrise Windows which are supposed to be the best replacement windows. The screens all need to be fixed as the screens are not taut within the frame. You can also feel the sun's heat coming through the windows on the south side of the house. Still pretty new but I love how they look and operate. The team that came out to install was very professional and did a great job. I'm sure I will love these even more with the weather getting colder.

Love our Sunrise windows. Purchased a lot in 2013, still look new. Bought more including bay window so now 2021 all 21 windows in house replaced. Superior windows, custom color inside/outside a plus, more glass exposed, no comparison to heavily advertised budget windows. Lifetime/transferable warranty a plus if we decide to sell home. Recommend to consider Sunrise. Purchased from Kelly Window & Door, Cary NC, local business, have a showroom! excellent service, installation by *** and entire staff.

Newly installed too soon to determine impact on energy costs. Appear to be well made windows. Installation went great. Very attractive and match our house very good. Color matching was great.
Have been trying to get one window replaced for 1 1/2 years. The first window that they sent to Bee Windows was the wrong color. Have not been able to get a installation date for six months after that happened.
