I Had 20 Windows installed and they are Very Very poor Quality Windows and they Took 5 months to get from the factory.... The workmanship from the factory is poor....I Regrets Buying These Windows....

Not completely impressed with the window we received. We love the double slider with the solid center, that is perfect! However, there is already paint chipping off the lock knobs and the inside of both sliding windows has dried water stains that you're unable to clean. There is also some damage on the outside of the glass that looks like something rubbed the glass and left a permanent smear.

This company is a joke. It took 2 years to complete a 15-window project. Would you like to have broken windows / windows that don't lock for 2 years? Their quality control isn't bad, it's non-existent. They send out frames with windows that are broken, mis-sized, covered in factory goo, etc. The situation was so bad that the licensed local rep is planning on dropping them as a supplier. Windows we installed and working fine . Not so happy with the crew that installed them . Broke some things in the front of the house that they stepped on . The clean up was ok they could have done a better job in my opinion.
Really willing to give this company and their workers more than 5 Stars. They completed the installation after difficulty with one window glass cracking by reordering a replacement and returned to complete their work. Everything was done to a quality high standard of work. They do their work right the first time. We have the highest praise for Lindus Construction. Everything required is done to our satisfaction. Love the windows, we purchased 10 Triple Pane windows for our home and installed by Valenti's Design, Build & Remodel in St. Charles, MO. It's summer time and we can tell the difference already in Air Conditioning costs. We are awaiting for winter to see how much difference they will make on our heating. Such a difference in our bedrooms, no more getting woke up when the trashmen come by to get the trash, or the little barking dog next door at 6 am . That's important when you finally get to retire and enjoy sleeping in! Thank you Alenco....
The windows were just purchased and they look good. I am concerned about strength to open slider windows but have been assured that with use, it will get easier. I am also assured since the windows have lifetime warranties. I look forward to enjoying my purchase for many years ahead.
