from start to finish alenco was professional courteous and kept me in the loop every step of the process... they were able to surprise me with being proactive the communication even during the installation... i cant remember everyones names in the process but even the team members i didnt speak with deserve kudos .... the install team was kyle levi and brogan? if i got names wrong forgive me great job alenco u all understand customer service and customer satisfaction
These windows were very affordable, look beautiful, and keep our house comfortable. Infinity Home Improvement (Dale) was professional and efficient at getting them put in. He informed us in May 2021 when we ordered them that the supply chain problems would mean about 6 months before they were installed, and he was correct. My only complaint (not really) is that I can't hear the coyotes calling at night behind our house any more. Guess I'll have to open a window some nights! :)

The windows have only been in two days. But in that time we love them. Just beautiful and no cold drafts The storm doors are also beautiful our neighbors say it adds a lot to our house. The patio slider doesn't lock. I'm going to wait until we have weather above freezing and try again

We have a 20 year old home with cheap builder grade windows that desperately needed to be replaced. We chose Sunrise products based upon the recommendation of the dealer. A year ago, we replaced 13 windows using the Essentials line of windows offered by Sunrise. After a year of using them, we chose to replace two more windows, also using the Essentials line. North Country Windows & bath Lincoln,ne. They send people out & don't correct the problem. I put scotch tTAPE on to seal the seams! Purchased 7/22/2020 & didn't pu in til November, a lot of excuses. After 4 people they say the Engineers sent 2 pieces of 1" to correct AIR drafts, NO!!

The windows look absolutely beautiful. The men installing them were courteous and left the house in as clean a condition as when they first came in, I'm very pleased; I hope the windows will look this good and perform this well in the coming years.
