Everyone at RJW (the company that sold us the windows and did the install) were great. The installation team was exceptional! I thought that the windows we were replacing were good but these Sunrise Vanguard double hung windows offer so much of an open view and seem to keep more of the outside noise out. My wife and I are totally pleased with the entire process from start to finish as well as the product itself.
The product quality was impressive so I purchased windows and patio doors over 15 years ago. Still works like new. I damage the the patio door screen recently. Since the local rep business closed, I called the manufacture to help me with replacement. I found the customer service very helpful. The manufacture was keeping records of all the sales and they found the door type, I purchased in 2007, very quickly. We love our new Sunrise windows. They are beautiful and we appreciate the triple panes. I especially like the window opener-handles and the screens are wonderful. We also like the frames. (Totally happy)

We purchased a matching set of picture windows for the front of our house and I can not get over just how much of a difference they made with in the first 5 minutes after they finished. They are SOLID and not only keep the weather OUT, but the noise has dropped at LEAST 85%.
I love these products! Had ******* ***** *****in West Allis, WI install windows and a patio door (they did a great job, BTW). What an improvement! The windows operate easily, look great, and I love the tilt-in feature for cleaning. I've noticed the drafts are gone and the outside noise is greatly diminished. The patio door is well-designed and also operates well. Well worth the money.
Custom View Windows (John) did a great job with installing the products. I would recommend his company in the future. However, two windowpanes were cracked before they were able to install them and will need replacing. Another was not painted the ordered color. Given how long it took to get the original order from your company (ordered April 2021 and just installed February 2022), I'm not expecting the replacement sashes anytime soon. Your windows are not inexpensive and having spent 20K on them we expected a better product.
