Always a pleasure to work with Rick, he is so professional and really knows all there is to know about home inspections.
Rick did a great job at pointing out what needed to be fixed and was reasonably priced explained all that need attention and what will need to keep an I on.
RIck was great to work with. He was very prompt in responding and accommodating with our schedule. We are potentially buying a very old house which needs a great deal of work but RIck took the time to do a very thorough inspection, found some issues and explained them all to us- and not in a way that was overly alarming or scary but in a practical way.
