Vanessa has the most INCREDIBLE clinical manner (patient relations). She listens, has compassion, is relatable, provides options, explains medical terminology, etc. I was saying to myself in my head, "This woman is talking to me like she's been a dear friend of mine for decades that truly cares about me." It felt like she knew me for years. I can't explain it. That is how much of an impression she had on me. I highly recommended going to her office. The staff was wonderful, too.
