Staff are nice but the scheduling sucks. There is nothing available in the hours that caregivers like myself would be available. I have had to book out months in advance. It took switching schedules with someone just to try to make the appointment months ago and was sent to the wrong place. Now they won't see me because I was a few minutes late, to an empty office.
I made an appointment in March for a GI consult for a colonoscopy. My appointment was for today April 29th at 245..I haven't heard anything to confirm and called today only to find out someone called Sandra canceled my apt last week because provider was going to be out of town..NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME THIS AND I DONT APPRECIATE NOT KNOWING IT WAS CANCELED!!!! Great hometown practice! They always get back with me in a timely manner if I have questions or need an appointment. DR. Anderson is very compassionate and I appreciate her explaining things that I may not understand. Nursing and front desk staff are all wonderful and always have great attitudes. I also really like the Vanderbilt app. Super easy to use and easy to message whoever you need. Thanks for the great service!!
Office is always clean. Clinical staff and front desk associates are always kind and speak to each patient upon entering. Great experience overall keep up the good work!!
