The NP is kind, but I’ve now been without my prescription for 2 days and they have no sense of urgency to get it filled. If you call, they’re kind and explain that they will send a note to get it completed. Time passes by and I still don’t have my prescription. It’s 2026, how is it this difficult to coordinate prescriptions
1st, the phlebotomists at the Curd Lane lab are excellent. BUT, the lab facility is deplorable. I have never been to this lab when the wait time was less than 45 minutes. Today, the wait time was 1 hour and 20 mintutes.
