Wonderful people. Dr. Lane is the best!
I've been trying to get an insurance matter resolved with Vanderbilt (and Vanderbilt Primary Care in Franklin) for months without success. Getting the run around..keep getting bounced around to department after department and no one seems to be able to resolve problem. (an incorrect referral no. which was their mistake). The doctor's office on the other end of this is not getting calls returned either. I do not recommend Vanderbilt. Terrible customer service! Go elsewhere!
