This is my first negative review on Vanderbilt. My first visit with Dr Walker went well. Today , my second visit , not so good. I felt a piece on a conveyor belt. I came away feeling dismissed. He was Definitely in a hurry. He spoke over my conversation and that made me feel small and unimportant. My husband and I drove 21/2 hours to feel that way. The nurse attending was most excellent. Thank you Front lobby employees were very kind.

Great folks that want to help identify and resolve your pain issues. Dr. MacDougall has helped make my TOS manageable. I am no longer suffering for weeks at a time just wishing for any relief. He has also helped me build habits that have reduced pain elsewhere, like my chronic wrist issues. Solid dude. Solid clinic.

I was prescribed a medication and ended up in the hospital with almost no kidney function. The cause of my kidney problems was a direct response of the medication prescribed by this pain clinic and the one at 100 Oaks. They never warned me about the side effect or took the trouble to check my kidney function during the time I was on the medication. Ive been seeing Dr Walker and his staff for years. Im super picky about who does my injections, but his team is fabulous. Easy to make appointments and answers questions in a timely manner.
