My experience with Vanderbilt Health has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was explicitly told before my visit that everything would be covered and that I would not owe anything out of pocket. I made it very clear that I would not move forward if there were unexpected costs. I was reassured and trusted what I was told. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The woman who answered the phone at the clinic basically hung up on me while I was asking questions. She was polite at first, but then said nothing and put me on hold mid sentence. That women is the reason for low star rating. The treatment team was very nice, they just need to know facts about insurance better and be able to relay correct information to avoid issues. I have entrusted my health and my kids’ health to the team at the Vanderbilt Walk-In clinic for years now and they never let me down. They are unfailingly professional, accurate, and thorough, and they were quick to refer us to bigger hospital emergency rooms when we came is with more significant problems that they didn’t have equipment for.

I have been here several times and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Staff is courteous and expert. They are able to do x-rays on site.
