Absolutely terrible experience with terrible doctor. She refused to order essential lab tests for my situation. She said that she didn’t know how to interpret the results- really!? You can’t order a test because you don’t know how to read reference ranges?! Fortunately, I was able to use Quest lab to get the tests ordered so I could properly manage my health. To say that Lauren Goodson Moody lacks any sort of professionalism or expertise in her field would be the understatement of the century. If you want experienced and compassionate patient care, avoid this provider at all cost. Not only did she enter the room and start my FIRST visit with her ever by saying “I’m not exactly sure why you’re here” (literally didn’t even say hello) when I was dealing with a women’s health issue, but she literally did nothing to try to help me besides telling me to drink more water. Wonderful absolutely wonderful
I had such a good experience at Women’s Center compared to Women’s Group. I saw Dr. Mullaly today and I had a colposcopy procedure that was easy and no pain. Took only 5 minutes with only one biopsy. She’s so sweet and silly, as well as her nurses <3 My first colposcopy at Women’s Group Franklin left me crying and humiliated. The doctor there took 6 biopsies of my cervix, the nurse left the room TWICE while I was naked and crying in the table and the younger nurses were staring at me as I left the room labeled colposcopy.
