I went to Vans to try out this month’s special, the Smash grilled onion cheeseburger. First trip there I got home with a plain cheeseburger, second trip there, I drove to the light and checked my order and there was 4 pieces of grilled onion on it. Third trip back after speaking to “the manager” I was informed “You don’t always get what the picture advertises”. I am so disappointed in their poor service and poor customer service.
RecommendedThis Van’s 3 meat combo w/Collards & Curlies. The food was fantastic. The young lady looking after us in the dining room was awesome. Great place for two or the whole family. Great Job Van’s 💪
