Great location! Love the spacious apt and pool and fitness room. Maintainance is good at responding and usually follows up with a phone call. However, rent is getting expensive

Our kitchen sink looks like a landfill at least twice a week. There are food particles coming up from the drain from other apartments' kitchens and filling up our sink. Sometimes it almost overflows with waste water and causes our apartment to smell like rotten eggs or old, partly rotted food. Multiple calls to maintenance have yielded temporary fixes, but the problem always returns after a couple days.
