We moved into Fairfax Square September of 2017. Between move-in and December 16, maintenance had to be called numerous times (almost 10 times in a little over 2 months) for pipe issues and backed up/flooding sink. Each time, they came in a timely fashion and tried a variety of tactics to fix the issue. The last time they came, we were told that they were calling a professional plumber. RecommendedGreat company, wonderful staff and beautiful apartments.
This place is NOT recommended! I wish I would have looked deeper into the reviews before signing a year lease. The homes are very old so expect a lot of issues due to it. Leasing staff is not compassionate or understanding. They will not work with you. The regional manager is not helpful either. The only good thing are the neighbors but I’m not recommending this place anymore.

All I can say is shady, shady, shady. You've been warned. Talk to anyone who has lived here long term. Word of advice-when dealing with the leasing office and maintenance, get EVERYTHING in writing. They are not above lying. I have pictures and stories you wouldn't believe.

Location is very good and maintenance is good but Very old apartment with rickety floors, old appliances that drive utility bills very high and worst of all very inconsiderate staff and manager.
