Poor customer service Looking for a chiropractor I made an appointment here based in the 5 star rating. I wish I could tell you about the treatment I received, but I did not even get that far. Upon my arrival at the front desk I was asked for a copy of my insurance (pretty standard) and my driver's license. I asked why the driver's license copy was necessary and was told that is just the way it was. Asking why again I was told it was for Medicaid.
