****DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES*** !!!CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! Brought my vehicle in to get a full synthetic oil change. The service sticker provided says I need servicing again in 3,000 miles. Full synthetic oil should be every 10,000 miles. They are scamming consumers. CONSUMERS BEWARE! They said their "system only allows 3,000 miles." Beyond dissapointed. I needed records from my car that I have owned since 2016, and they are refusing to give them to me because their employees did not change the name in the system from the last owner to mine. This company needs to fix their systems, or find competent employees who will do their jobs correctly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT reccomend this horrible company to anyone.
Trill was amazing!! He made it not seem so scary, and was extremely funny and helpful! 10/10 would recommend here!
I had Trell, Byron, and Chuck help me out today and they were incredible. Super cheerful, really helpful, and definitely respectful as to what I wanted done and didn’t. Super personable and asking me about my birthday the previous weekend. Made me feel cared about for sure! Y’all are the best!
