They cracked my oil pan during an oil change. When I filed a complaint they never got back to me. Now I am required to pay $700 for a replacement oil pan. I will never go back to the one in Oakdale again! Not even sure I will go back to instant Valvoline again.
All of the guys did a great job! I want to especially call out Mike, the under carriage tech, for finding, and fixing, a problem with my plug. Thank you all and great job! I'll be back.
