The guys there were very quick to approach me and then very quick to pull my vehicle in for an oil change. They were all moving quick and working hard which made my experience satisfactory. These guys know what they're doing!
I have to give these guys a 5 star. Today while I was driving along my car starte making a funny noice like it was dragging something (a part of my car that may have fallen off). I was just about to panic as I pulled over in this Houston heat and looked under my car. Sure enough something was there that should have not been. The clerks handling my oil change did a great job! I also had a filter checked on the inside of my vehicle. I believe the serviceman’s name was Logan. He has been the only one to check this filter because it can be difficult to access. He did a great job letting me know that it does need to be changed soon. Everyone was very polite!
