I was getting oil change and asked the tech Ethan to please run down the screws in my air filter box without the drill to not strip it he said yes , the manager Jesse who was rude and told he he could do what he wants and that he doesn't screw the screws in because his gloves dont allow him to touch screws. I said Ethan had smaller gloves on and already said he would take care of it. Manager grabbed screw gun a proceeded to screw it in with the drill over tightening the screws . Very impressed with the Valvoline Team (Anthony R, James W, Oscar S, Chris F and LeJames W) at Webster Store 0700171. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. They all communicated well amongst each other, wearing their PPE, let me know the condition of the fluids and let me know what was recommended maintenance was needed for my vehicle. I found the new place I’m bringing ALL my vehicles to! Great Job!!
