Manny, Josh, and Chance were all extremely polite and respectful. Manny was great about explaining the process and offering recommendations for service of my truck. Never pushy. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this store.
I needed an oil change and sat in line for 1.5 hours. I do not understand what goes on inside the shop but I have been to plenty of other Valvolines where it took 10 mins max.
