I needed an oil change and sat in line for 1.5 hours. I do not understand what goes on inside the shop but I have been to plenty of other Valvolines where it took 10 mins max.
Got my inspection done, and my oil changed very quickly.
Inspection down, will be up next week. Hearing this for months!!! Been coming here w three vehicles since opening. At first, exceptional service. Seems past year, terrible. Left my hood unlatched, next cross threaded the oil cap. How is that even possible? Now, its just another bozo amateur outfit. Do yourself a favor - find youself another establishment.
