I have been coming here for my last 2 oil changes and the staff have always been so nice, kind, helpful and informative! Always happy to answer my questions and make sure I know what’s going on. Shoutout to Shane and the rest of the team for taking care of me today!
We had such a bad experience at the other franklin location. We were given un professional experience and made us wait an hour because they were doing service on a cars that they only had one device for but would not move the other cars. We came here and Brady gave us exceptional service. I would never go to the other one.
Tyler, Khamon, Sam, Bryan, and Brittney crushed it today. I always go to Valvoline but this has to be my new favorite one. I’ve been to the other one down the street on Murfreesboro Rd, and the West End location. I’m not new to Valvoline, as an old employee told me to never go to anywhere else and I’ve been a happy customer for 5 years now. Before I left, I flagged one of them over to get all their names and they all came over to help, not knowing I was writing a review. Awesome crew.
