Everyone was very nice. I felt very welcomed and got a feeling that everyone there knew what they were doing. It was definitely a pleasant experience.
All your Technicians are kind, efficient and knowledgeable, and they give quick, correct, thorough advice and service. BUT, ALEX KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK. She is AMAZING, and gives proactive and stellar customer attention and service. I won't go anywhere else but here now. The consistent service that you provide is head and shoulders above all the rest. AND you provide it at a reasonable cost.

First, the technicians were more interested in joking around and talking to each other instead of paying attention to me. Second, they had to scan my door code repeatedly just to update my info in the system. Like 4 or 5 times and he couldn’t get it right or pay attention to what I was telling him because he was distracted by his coworkers. Thirdly, my invoice sent to my email doesn’t have the price I paid for my service. I’d have rather had a paper receipt but they insisted on it being emailed.
