My first bad experience here. A very long wait and the technicians seemed to be moving very slowly if at all. They also appeared to be incompetent. Maybe everyone was having a bad Monday. Was there Monday morning, 10-20-2025
This was the worst experience ever I will not spend my time or money again with any of your Valvoline companies in any state. I was there 2hrs for a oil change never on earth again. This was totally unacceptable because of the new people you hired on. Train offline train after work. You lost a good customer for time management. That's a company 101 never keep a cx to wait that long because your employees were slow, untrained & lost in knowing what to do. Do not call or send me no free anything.
Steven who claimed to be the manager refused to interact in any dialogue with me from the start. Not sure what happened because it was from the start. I had a few questions that he wouldn’t give me the time of day to answer. Ignored me when I was simply trying to ask how to reset my oil life gauge. Yet would respond to everything with his co worker. Odd interactions and interesting choice for a manager.
Very friendly and professional staff, they helped me figure out how to reset the oil change system in my 2025 Ram 1500.
Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, only issue was that it was kind of slow but that’s mostly because of the number of people getting oil changes. Great place to go!
