Far from instant, quick or even slow…waited in line for over 45 minutes. Evidently I got behind a “difficult” one…never came out, no apologies, just served 3 other cars in the other lane…will not be coming back here.
CSR: Zachariah, Topside: Tyler & Bottomside: Jaden took perfect care of me & my sisters car. They had wonderful service skills, they were super helpful and informative. I have the ultimate trust in Vavoline after my experience today! We were made aware of the other things our car needs services on, without the pushy haggling feeling. As females that means everything. Shoutout to Alex the manager as well for carrying such a wonderful team! Wishing you all a Happy New Year at Vavoline!
