Had oil change and transmission service. They incorrectly performed the transmission service and my transmission burned up. Had to have a new one and they refused to replace it, despite Ford dealership contacting them for their negligence. Will never return and recommend no one else does either.
Inept and unaccountable. These people are not trained to service your car, only to ALWAYS recommend extra service at higher than dealership prices. Be smart, go to your dealership.
