My 19 year old daughter went in for a basic oil change. She got 4.2 quarts of valvoline synthetic oil and a filter. They charged her $96. While having a coupon online for $36. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, esp a young woman who doesn’t know any better.

Went in and stated I wanted a basic oil change, my car DOES NOT require full synthetic. They wanted to charge me $70 for an oil change. Refused and offered to pay $35. They demanded I paid the $70,?3?3’ after the gentlemen who did my car admitted I asked for the basic. Will not be going there again. I’ll stick to Tim’s Tires or even Walmart at this point.
