was upset when I got home and double checked the dipstick, on level ground and engine turned off for 15 mins, it wasn't full, it was 1/4 quart low
Took my vehicle there and when I took it home I no oil in it. I called and they refused to do anything saying "well how do we know it was us". I had no oil going in which is the reason for the oil change to begin with. Oil light never turned off after 24 hours so o checked and there was none. The customer care supervisors don't care about how you were wronged at all as long as they don't have to give a refund for their mistake. Also, if you call in prepare to be interrupted constantly. Always excellent and fast as always! They know what they are doing!
These guys are slammed today but you would never know it. Sure there is a little wait. They can't control that 18 people showed within a half hour for an oil change. Doesn't stop them from being courteous, informative and smiles all around. Great service from Matt and the crew today!
