Great place to get your oil change done
When I come for oil changes I’m greeted by bright, recognizable faces. The service is always fast and I’m never held up too long. Props to the gentlemen.
I love this store! I took my 2009 Ford Escape XLT there for every oil change and now bring my 2019 Honda Civic LX in when I need it done. And they do so much more than just oil changes: radiator fluid exchanges, transmission fluid exchanges, AC recharges, belt replacements, air filter replacements, cabin air filter replacements, tire rotations, and lights! I had a taillight out on my Escape for a year and a half and these guys fixed it in five minutes for $11.99! Highly recommended!
I bought a new car last month (Yay debt!) I took it to Edgewood Valvoline to get it serviced for the first time. I have taken cars there before and had excellent service. The next day, I took a trip to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. I was 3 hours in when my car began smoking. It turns out the employee that worked on my car did not put the dip stick in all the way. This caused my car to leak oil and burn under the hood while driving. Very disappointed since this could have been a major loss to my vehicle.
Do not go to this valvoline station . They charge 30% more than any other valvoline oil change because they are not a franchise. So they can charge whatever they want. I had a $32 coupon and they still charged me $35 more than I usually paid at the same valvoline stations.
Excellent service and attention to detail. Shout out to the manager (Phil) who listened and made sure I was taken care of and at a price that I was happy with. I'll be returning in the future for sure.
Stopped in yesterday and got my vehicle serviced. The crew was great and the manager took time to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. Great job Edgewood crew!
