I've been taking my vehicles here for all oil changes, filter changes, and tire rotation for years. After being laughed when pulling in with a flat tire and no compassion or assistance, I will never use be back. I completely understand the rules and reason for not changing my tire, but the lack of professionalism and customer service experienced this week is inexcusable.
