The guy pulls out my filer (which I just put in brand new yesterday) and says it was a little dirty then tell him it's a day old and makes some comment about "she sure gives off dust huh"..then continues to ask how much I paid for it . Overpriced and try to nickle and dime their customers. Not impressed!

RecommendedI needed a basic oil change and originally went to a competitor close to my work. The gentleman was rude and I decided to go to the Val o line closer to my home. I was so happy I did. Everyone here is so polite and kind and informative. Even though I didn’t chose to have everything they recommended done to my car, they still provided a print out of all their suggestions. They were fast, efficient and extremely nice.

I took my CRV today for an oil change. My car said it was 2 degrees. The guys were awesome...so professional. They explained everything and did a great job for me. It probably took all of 10 minutes to change the oil, check the tires and lights, replace filters and put my credit card through. I so appreciate this business!!!
I have had the best service ever each time I go to this location. Every worker is so polite and helpful. The friendly faces and quick simple process makes my day a whole lot better!!
They are awesome! Took the car in first thing this morning with an oil leak (had been serviced elsewhere) and they took care of it right away. Professional, pleasant, and very courteous. Will be my go to place from now on and I highly recommend them.
I just want to say that I just had the best experience at Valvoline. The guys were super polite and showed me things about my car that they felt I should know and weren’t pushy in the least bit. They put the appropriate amount of air in my tires, changed my air filter, fixed a tail light, and of course changed my oil, all in such a quick and professional manner.
