I went to Valvoline to get my oil changed and (again) they did something wrong with my car that caused my car to grumble and shut off about half a mile away. After restarting my car several times to get it back to Valvoline, I was told it was the type of oil they used. It's more than likely they either didn't put enough in, or none at all. My car now has a bearing rap and will stop working within the year.
