Valvo-LIARS. They stripped my drain plug. I asked to see the video they claimed to have watched to make sure their technician didn't over tighten it or torque it...they refuse to let me or my mechanic see it. Area manager Mike claims to be the highest level of authority in the company. Never had or even heard of this issue and have owned my car for 6 years. My mechanic, Jiffy Lube, Airport Chrystler Jeep, etc. have never done this to my SUV. I merely stopped in 700 miles before next oil change (with my mechanic) to have brak... read more

I used to like going to Valvoline Drive Thru oil change because of the convenience, but now that the prices jumped up to $90 for full synthetic oil change I won't be going back, that's too high. I'm better off taking it to a dealership where I can get my tires rotated too for still less than what you charge.
Great job, good employees, hotter than a Thai hooker on a Friday night but hey, that's Florida. Would definitely recommend.
Do not go to this place unless you are ready to get into a fist fight with there Manager! 100% most B/S I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend this store to anyone or anything!
