Unbelievably slow. Hope you’re not in a rush. I’m guessing about 30 to 35 minutes per car.
I had a referral to come here and was told it was a quick and easy oil change. I was the first car in line and sat 45min and finally left. This was NOT quick as advertised. Not happy. Waste of my time. I can expect to wait maybe 15-20min. Not 45min.

What should have been a quick in and out on a Friday afternoon turned into me waiting 45 minutes and never getting an oil change while they did transmission work in a bay without letting the folks lined up five cars deep know that they will be waiting an hour while the other Bayline continue to move through. Knowing they had a long job in a bay they shouldn't of had people queue up behind that car

Always polite, friendly service. I don't feel pressured to purchase additional products or services. They are thorough and topped off my oil for free one trip when they recognized my vehicle had a oil leak which was completely unrelated to anything they had done. They pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed elsewhere.
Thanks for loosening the valve stem on my tires and letting me drive away with a rapidly deflating tire. Now I have to spend $400 on two new tires, mine were fine before you touched them.
