How do you put negative stars! My brother had his oil changed here before a big trip to CO. The did NOT put he oil cap tightly back on, and the oil leaked throughout the trip. His new car broke down on the way back in NB. They offered to help, but then abandoned him and his car. They have cost him time off of work, a new engine, and TONS of lost time! This was NEGLIGENCE and they have done NOTHING. Fix this and you can save face.
