Constantly trying to upcharge
Excellent service and very friendly staff!
I was in and out in what felt like 20minutes. It may have been a little longer. The manager on staff today was very friendly and his crew was as well. They put a smile on my face. One of them was pretty funny. All very friendly. I will be going back. FYI - if you have a fleet vehicle, they do accept ARI service slips.
They have two lanes I was in one lane a Lady was in the other the lane I was in got finish her lane wasn't they told me to let her come in my lane she said she would wait but they insisted if the customer was ok with the situation why did they keep insisting why ? Very unprofessional
The service was good, but way over priced. I won't go back. Unless I have a coupon
This Valvoline is typically female-friendly, so I drive out of my way to go here. Sadly, a couple of days ago, I had to deal with a mansplainer who tried to sell me on unnecessary services while chatting about "another girl" he had tricked into trying to open her car's nonexistent moonroof. Super funny, dude. I'll come back, but I will gladly wait for a different tech in the future.
