I went here for a regular oil change yesterday, Feb 1, 2020 to this location on 8827 Telegraph Rd, Redford, MI. My experience turned out to be so horrific that I will never return to this location, or any valvoline or quick oil lube place ever again. When I left yesterday, I immediately noticed major smoke coming out of the back. I couldn’t barely reach 30mph. I was able to make it to a nearby Belle Tire and told them the situation. Great service! These gentleman went over and beyond. The store was closed, but since it was the day before thanksgiving they still changed my headlight, rather than let me risk getting stopped for it. I appreciate the extra effort!
