If it wasn't for the courteous efforts of the mechanics on site, this would have been a 1 start. It's a bit infuriating to pull in and begin the process of getting an oil change to find out that Valvoline, as whole, does not service my car's specific engine, and there is nothing posted online to show that cars they do and do not service.
I dread oil changes as you usually sit for hours. That is not the case here. Took 10 mins, got to sit in my car, and everyone is so nice and helpful. Coupons online helped as well. Will go back again.
