Waited hours & was told when it was my turn that they didn't have a filter or the tools to rotate tires. I was approached twice while in line to check on what I wanted ahead of time, told to pop the hood, and check my signals/break lights etc. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO SPOT VW JETTA'S if it's such a problem to service them! Do their job! Not some man talking to customers, not working.
My daughter took her car back for an oil change, they said they couldn't get the plug out. Said she must have hit some road debris and dented the oil pan. It has a skid plate on it!!!! YOU trashed it. Now, all a sudden, it has a steady stream of oil coming out the pan.... called customer service, we'll see what happens. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!!!!!
Wasted 1.5 hours - "sorry our mustang has an odd size bolt on he skid plate, and we can not get to the oil Filter." This is a mustang GT, American V8. Nothing exotic. Beyond silly they do not have a full socket set and wasted my time.
Never had someone yell at me about driving into the bay. Not only one person, but two trying to direct me in not the nicest way (and I've done this many times before). Not a good first impression. Usually go to Bellevue location where employees are much nicer. Won't be coming back to this location.
