Yesterday I had my oil changed I asked to have my transmission fluid checked, I was told that to get to the transmission fluid underneath the car so why can't you check the fluid I'm very dissatisfied and I doubt that I'll ever come back. I'm a disabled veteran that lives off of my disability check which is not very much and $60 is a lot of money to me.
It took only 3 min and they never added air to my tires. When I questioned it, they said they did. I told them I checked my air right in their parking lot and it had the same low readings before n after. They said just "drive on it for a bit". Really? That had nothing to do with it. What else didn't they do for twice the money of the average oil change?
These guys are all awesome-the chicks rock too =) Always, always always do a phenomenal job!

Brought my company dodge promaster in for oil change and tire rotation. Coleen refused to do tire rotation even after I explained that it was done in the exact same bay a couple months ago. I have an oil change done on this van probably five times a year, as well as on my own personal vehicles. Hate to find a new place but guess i have too.
