I had an issue this week with an oil leak in my car. I stopped in, needing desperate help, as other places couldn’t tell me the issue. I explained to everyone here what my dilemma was and they were not only patient, but efficient and honest. Both managers came out and looked at my car. I have been so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the manager of your Binghamton store on Upper Front Street. It seems that he is leading his crew members to do the same. Having been involved directly with customers myself my entire life, when I encounter someone as sharp as William, Will...it gets my attention. Don’t lose this guy. I've been going to Valvoline basically since I started driving. I'd rather just pay for the convenience of them changing my oil and not having to personally dispose of it, for those that might ask why I don't change it myself. For the first time, on 7/15/20, they forgot to screw my oil filter back on tightly which caused an oil leak. I went to this location on Friday August 28th to receive an oil change and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The employees who were working on my car insisted I needed a different oil for my car then I had purchased on Groupon. I know what type of oil my car needs, as I have been getting oil changes since the beginning of me having a car in 2015. Absolutely horrible service. The staff literally let all the air out of one of my tires and let me drive away with a flat tire. Then lied saying that it was not flat on the cameras when it actually was! NEVER I mean NEVER again will I waste my time with this worthless business.

Up until today I would have given a fantastic review. I sent my mother to the Front Street, Binghamton location that I use for my service and inspections. They inspected her vehicle yesterday June 10, but the way they put the inspection sticker on is terrible. It’s not even completely on. And anything done in a sloppy way really bothers my mother. I recommend the convenience. But dont pull my air filter and try to sell me one. Especially when you use a impact drill and snap 2 screws off and then expect me to drive away like that. hand tight guy...... hand tight....
The man that does inspections should be retrained or replaced. I went in to get my vehicle inspected and I had one monitor. The young man said that it should pass with one monitor still showing. I know it should pass with one monitor showing, but when he asks the inspector he refused to put it through. He just kept saying I needed to drive it more. When I questioned him about it he said that the one monitor doesn't apply when it's an evac monitor. So he either lied or doesn't know his job. Either way, he should be replaced. ... read more
I was so impressed with how quickly they checked my tire pressure as my light was on... n they did this for free . Not only were they nice but I feel safe in my new suv . I’ve taken it there for its first oil change n now the second both times the guys were super helpful n informative ... fast too.
