Extremely slow. No knowledge of whats going on. Forget asking a question, They dont know the answer. They take turns working on one item at a time not knowing what the last person did.
Inspection techs don’t know the state requirement for inspection... fail you have you get it fixed and come back just to fail you again on a part that miraculously passed the day before don’t go here unless you want to waste your time
It took 1.5 hours for an inspection where nothing was wrong with my vehicle.I thought it would be in and out. Everyone taking their time and not motivated what so ever to work.
Just had my car serviced. Oil change is due soon have been getting my oil changed regularly here. I am down 2 qts oil appears to not have been changed in 2yrs. they could hardly get dip stick out. You just lost a customer
Staff is always friendly. They do a great job making sure everything is taken care of on your vehicle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I love this place. In and out in no time. They do a great job and have you on your way.
Never agian will i go here to get my oil changed. Way way over priced for a "maxlife" oil change. Why would I pay almost $60 when I can get the same oil plus a FREE Tire Rotation at Monro muffler brake up the road for $34.00 thats almost $25 cheaper! Add a tire rotation at valvoline and my bill would be close to $100!!! What's wrong with you people you think it's funny to over charge people for simple automotive services?
