They moved very personal and confidential paperwork and a plastic piece to my jeep is now lying in my glove box because they don't remember where they pulled it off from. It's a brand new jeep just unbelievable. I'm sure not all valveoline place are the same bit the new one on North green river rd was a bad experience for me.
These people are amazing. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Loved how they asked if you wanted these other services done besides an oil change. Highly recommend and will be going back again and again!
I just left from getting my oil changed. That had to have been the best customer service I've ever received. It wasn't just from one employee...all of them gave me outstanding service. Not only did they start my car so my one year old wouldn't have to sit in the car as it cooled down but they opened the doors for us both. Amazing.
