Worst place I have been to get an oil change. Had to return to the store 3 times because my almost brand new truck was leaking oil from the drain plug and filter after having it changed at this location. I had to take it to Lucas Oil to have it corrected and cleaned. I asked the manager Will for a refund. He stated he would have to call his manager. That was 6 weeks ago. Still nothing. I have now personally contacted corporate so we will see what happens. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for an oil change.

Cody was such a HUGE help and every business could benefit from an employee like him. I just came into Evansville with my family and had a tire go flat and Valvoline was the closest place I saw that may have an air compressor. I pulled in and without hesitation he checked my tire, found it was blown out, and put on my spare. None of this is in his job description and he wouldn't even take a tip or payment. Decides they will not accept the $24.99 coupon after using it about 15 times in the last three months.
Went to Lucas Oil for an oil change at 9:45am and they couldn't guantee they would be done by 11. I drove 1 minute up the road to Valvoline, and was in and out in 16 minutes. I never had to get out of my car and the guys were extremely polite and professional. Highly recommended.
I just popped in yesterday to have air put in my tires. I can't say enough nice things about how polite and professional those guys were in my brief encounter with them. I have a usual place I go to for all things car related, but I think I may be making a switch!
The service was excellent and quick. I highly recommend!
Absolutely above and beyond with customer service. Not only did they do a great job on my car, but they offered me a drink and literally went across the street to get a cup of ice for it. Fantastic at education and a pleasure to talk to. This is the second time I've been here. I'm definitely going to keep coming back.
