I like the new female manager, who honesty pulled me aside and informed me that a previous employee stipped something and may have possibly ruined my oil pan. I'd been driving my car damaged like this for over a year now. She was very concerned. She gave me the names and numbers of the head people in charge, needless to say, it's been over 2weeks and none of them have called me. I will be pursuing legal advice from this point on. Don't trust these people with your car unless Kerri is around
