I wasn’t even here for an oil change. I was having trouble with my engine staying cool and the tech noticed a split in a hose that caused the issue. This wasn’t something they could address, but they were gracious enough to let my car stay in the bay until I got a tow worked out. I’m very appreciative of their attitude and conduct and would recommend them to anybody who needs the services they offer!
All the guys were great! Great customer service and very polite! I only went there because it was close to home, but they made my mind up that I’ll be back!
Avoid this place at all costs! Don’t waste your time. They will take two hours or longer and give you every excuse in the book. The employees wander back and forth between each car in the shop, never completing one service start to finish. The lobby is absolutely filthy dirty. If you have a coupon, they will add an extra charge to make up for the discounted amount. How could they be better? Let's see.. Let's start with NOT putting a oil drain plug on with the torque of Thor himself! Along with the oil filter of the same torque spec! One would think that for the price, they would care for the vehicle more! And, think of the customer that would "potentially" be the next person to do the oil change! Believe me, I will be sending a note to corporate over the rudeness of the employees, and the overall disrespect for other people's property! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning!
I need to go there soon. I want to obtain the awesome warranty Valvoline offers. Makes me know that they have confidence in their oil. CHECK IT OUT! :-)
I always go to this location and get great service! But not today! Got there and sat down, there were 4 people in front of me. There were 3 bays open but only 2 being used. One of the cars in bay 1, the technician had locked the keys in the car. So they were waiting for a company to come unlock it! I waited 20 minutes and was never greeted nor checked in. Numerous people left before me, so they lost a lot of business today! Ridiculous! I won’t be back!
