RecommendedDecided to try this place today. The guys were courteous. The place was lined up with cars on all 3 bays when I pulled in. I didn't have anywhere to be so I waited. it took 35 minutes to get me out the door. I don't know if the time starts when they come out to see what you need or when you actually pull into the bay. The cost for an oil/filter change was almost double of the place I used to go to. I likely won't go back there.

RecommendedAbsolutely wonderful experience. Quick, easy, no pressure. All lights, tires, fluids checked. In and out in 20 minutes. They have it down to a science!
They was fast and professional only took 15 minutes to change my oil didn’t pressure me into buying a million things will go back here from now on
I've been taking both my cars here for several years and they do a great job. They're all extremely courteous, explain things if I have questions, and get me in and out quickly. Dennis is one of the gentleman I've had the pleasure of dealing with many times. Also, if you don't have a coupon, just ask and they can provide one for you.
I live several counties over, but commute to work in Knoxville. I get both of my toyotas serviced here. The workers are always courteous and friendly. They appear to be knowledgable and are willing to explain things to you. Their service is top notch.
So friendly! Very professional. They explain everything and they are so quick!
Only took about 20 minutes but cost $55 for a basic oil change. No air filter, no tire rotation. I'll go to Fisher Tire next time for half the price!
