I had my oil change for the second time at this place for the second time. The first time was great. This time was not as great. When we pulled up, we were next in line. We ended up getting skipped by someone who pulled up long after we did. Since we had obviously been skipped, the manager came to my vehicle, he apologized, and then offered me $5 off my oil change.
