Horrible place my wife took her hummer h3 in for oil change less than 24 hours later the oil light came on I checked the oil no oil on dip stick two managers came to my car lot where the h3 was they checked it and added 2 quarts they said it was dry underneath the car and no signs of leakes now the car smokes like a chimney loss of power I left Walmart this am and same thing happend I was right by the store stoped in for them to check it they refused to even check oil cause I have a open claims case I will be talking to my a... read more
Horrible place. Do not take your vehicle here. Wife got an oil change and they sold her everything they could that was unnecessary. (Air filters, windshield wipers) Have a pretty new car and never have had any issues. After they finished replacing air filters, wipers, etc...the next day the check engine light came on. Car starter cutting off at every stoplight and when idling low. Took car back and called for a month. Manager was never available and did not end up fixing vehicles problems. I was really impressed. I'm from Louisiana where an oil change is an oil change. Valvoline made sure everything checked out. They checked air in tires, water, brake fluid, lights and all.. I was very satisfied.
The guys were very friendly, not pushy on sales, and quick! I was in and out in less than 15 mins!
