As a long time loyal customer who regularly changed my oil here as well as all other services I was very disappointed they would not honor a competitors coupon for 24.99. I even came in 900 miles prior to my scheduled oil change. The price was even higher than what I paid last time here with a Valvoline postcard mailed to my home. Actually would lose a customer for life over 10 dollars.
