Valvoline was excellent in the service to my vehicle , a ring was busted on the radiator during the service ( ring was very old) they replaced the radiator with a brand new one and my oil change was free ! Well done Valvoline , well done and thank you

During my oil change the tech did not use the fill pitcher but instead dispensed oil directly out of the hose - resulting in smelly, shouldering drips across my engine and across the front of the outside of my car. The sales person kept pressuring me to buy a synthetic oil change which my car did not call for. I was interested in having and outside light inspected and possibly replaced but he just assumed it was a bad socket.
