Great service! The whole team made it a point to at least say "hi" to all the customers, and they made sure the work on my car was done correctly and completely. The manager even took the time to fix my hood latch, which wasn't closing all the way. As the second customer, at 8:00 in the morning, I was impressed!
It was a great experience to be able to stay in the Jeep while the service was performed. Only problem is they didn't lubricate the chassis points. I guess it's because I had a $19.99 coupon. They didn't mention it, I saw it on the invoice when I got home.
This is the only place I come for my oil change. It was CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY, yes, there was a line, but that was expected. They checked my: TIRES, FLUIDS, WIPERS and LIGHTS while I waited in line. EVERYONE has ALWAYS been knowledgeable and polite EVERYTIME I've gone.
They were slow, made me move 2 another lane (indicated 1st come 1st serve), could have been avoided if they would have greeted them redirect and did not check my lights and bulds until I asked.
